Wow, it's been quite a while since I wrote here.  I sort of forgot I had even started a blog.

I'm a member of Crowdtap and recently got a chance to try out Cottonelle toilet tissue and flushable wipes plus got to share some with my friends.

I was not a fan of the toilet paper, it looked all nice and pretty on the roll and that's where it should have stayed :(  Something that really irks me is when you go to tear the paper off and it doesn't tear at the perforations.  Sadly, this happened more often than not with Cottonelle.  That wasn't the worst of it, though.  My husband and I both experienced the dreaded finger poked through while cleaning.  Not fun, actually kind of gross.  For the easier jobs :) I found myself having to use twice as much tissue to get the job done.  The TP was soft, that's about all it had going for it in my opinion.

The flushable wipes are basically baby wipes for adults and serve the same purpose.  The are pleasantly, lightly scented and get the job done well.  I would recommend them if you feel you need that type of thing.

My friends that I shared with had the same issues with the toilet paper and thought the wipes were pretty good.

In summary, thumbs down on the Cottonelle toilet paper and (I was going to say thumbs up on the wipes but that somehow doesn't sound like it would feel good) the wipes did the job.
